Snowman Contest Rules:

❄️ 1 photo entry per family

❄️ City of De Pere Residents only

❄️ Photos will be accepted until February 26th.

❄️ Photos will be posted on Facebook February 27th for voting. Voting closes Sunday, March 2nd.

❄️ Winners will be contacted on March 3rd.

❗❄️ We ask that your photo only include your snow creation, no humans.

CONSENT AND RELEASE FORM (photos/images/video)

I hereby grant the City of De Pere the right and permission to use and publish photographs/film/video/electronic representations made of me/my minor child by the City of De Pere, its employees or agents, while participating in any City of De Pere sponsored or directed activity, and I hereby release the City of De Pere, its officers, officials, employees from any and all liability from such use and/or publication. I understand that I will not be entitled to any form of compensation for their use and I waive any claim I may have under the Right to Privacy Statute (Wis. Stats. §995.50). I understand that once published, I may not revoke this authorization
