Annual Pet License Application

Licenses must be purchased or renewed between January 1 and March 31 of each year. * A $6 late fee will be applied for renewals after this date.

The cost for an annual license is as follows:

$8 for a spayed/neutered cat or dog
$8 for a kitten or puppy at least 5 months of age, but not old enough to be fixed
$16 for an unspayed/unneutered cat or dog

A $1 postage fee will be added to your total, as well as a 2.80% payment processing fee. Your application will be processed within three business days, and your license tag(s) will be mailed to the address you enter in the form.

Please note: we only issue pet licenses for City of De Pere residents

The De Pere mailing address includes areas that are NOT within our city limits. If you do not live within the buff colored area on the map below, you will need to license your pet with a different municipality!
