Facade Grant Application

The City of De Pere, in conjunction with Downtown De Pere Inc., will assist with façade improvements for commercial properties located within the boundaries of designated Tax Increment Districts (TID). Applications will be acted upon on a first come first serve basis. See Facade Grant Guidelines for funding requirements and review process.

There is no fee for a facade grant application.
