The grant application deadline is June 1 or December 1 of each year. The City Council will evaluate the proposal(s) received in order to select receipient(s) at the second Council meeting of the month of award.
All grant applications must be submitted to the City Clerk's office on or before the grant deadline to be considered.
The following criteria will be used to evaluate each proposal:
- Contribution to public safety
- Contribution to community awareness
- Improvement to community infrastructure
- Creativity of proposal
- Enhancement of the aesthetic quality of the City
- Contribution to City culture or an overall sense of community
